This website shows no advertising. To measure how well our ads on Facebook and Instagram work, it may use the Meta pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.) only if you accept it in the “Cookies and advertising measurement” notice. Until you have chosen, or if you decline, no Meta script is loaded and nothing is sent to Meta. With your consent, Meta receives the pages you view, views of the FREATH ONE product page and sign-ups to the newsletter or availability alerts — never your email address or phone number — and sets two cookies on freath.ch, “_fbp” and “_fbc”, kept for at most 90 days, to link a visit to an ad. Your choice stays in your browser and is asked again after twelve months; you can change it at any time with the “Cookies” link at the bottom of every page, and withdrawing deletes these cookies. To measure our Google ads, it may likewise use the Google Ads tag (Google Ireland Ltd.) on the same terms: nothing is loaded without your consent; with your consent, Google receives the pages you view and sign-ups to the newsletter or availability alerts — never your email address — and sets the cookies “_gcl_au” and “_gcl_aw” on freath.ch, kept for at most 90 days; withdrawing deletes them. Meta and Google process this data under their own privacy policies.
Freath measures, on its own servers, where its visitors come from and which pages they read. We keep: the landing page, the site that referred you — its address only, never what you had searched for there —, the campaign if you arrived through a link we published, the pages visited, the searches made within this site, and the values you enter into the calculators.
We keep neither your IP address with the pages you visit nor the name of your browser or device. Your IP address is used only to limit the number of requests sent to our servers (protection against abuse): it is kept for that purpose alone, for at most 24 hours, then deleted. A random identifier, created and kept by your browser, links these pages together. That identifier contains, directly, neither your name, nor your address, nor your email address. If you then start a commercial enquiry or an order, some browsing information may be attached to it in order to know where it came from.
The calculators still run in your browser. What we keep are the values useful for understanding needs — room area, height, sun exposure, calculated output, estimated consumption. Never a name, an address or a message.
This measurement data is deleted after twelve months, except where it is attached to an order, in which case it follows the retention of commercial records. Site search uses an index downloaded from this site and runs in your browser. The hosting provider may keep access logs; that policy and its retention periods are theirs.
The newsletter and availability alerts. If you subscribe to the Freath newsletter, or ask to be told when a product is available, we keep your email address, the language of the page, the page you subscribed from, and proof of your consent: its date and the exact text you accepted. Your subscription may be linked to your browser’s random identifier, like a sales enquiry. This data stays with Freath, on its own servers: no third-party mailing tool receives it, and it is used only to write to you about this. It is kept for as long as you are subscribed; after you unsubscribe, your address is no longer used and is deleted on request. Every email will include an unsubscribe link; you can also unsubscribe or ask for your address to be deleted at any time by writing to news@freath.ch.
The reminder of your selection. At the details step, an optional box, never ticked in advance, offers to email you a reminder of your selection if you do not complete your order. If you tick it, we keep the proof of your consent — its date and the version of the text you accepted — with your browser’s random identifier. Without this consent, no reminder is sent to you. At most two emails, in the language of your order, each letting you refuse the next. This consent is separate from advertising measurement and from the newsletter: one never counts as the other. Leaving the box unticked changes nothing about your order. The order steps (cart, details, summary, return from payment) are measured like the other pages, without the content of your details.
