Beyond the price: the right configuration
A monoblock needs outdoor heat exhaust. A portable split needs a suitable place for its outdoor unit. Start with what your home allows, then compare capacity, noise and maintenance. Relate a cubic-metre figure to ceiling height before comparing it with square metres.
